Stan Phillips’ experience in real estate sales, construction, and development gives buyers, sellers, and investors confidence that they are working with a dedicated, knowledgeable, and competent individual who has decades of experience in a multitude of real property capacities.
Most recently Mr. Phillips was responsible for one of the nation’s largest developers’ first urban communities in San Francisco. From entitlement to fit and finish, Mr. Phillips was an integral part of the developers’ foray into urban living in the South of Market Area, commonly known as SOMA.
In the SOMA area alone, Mr. Phillips has worked with homeowners at The Glassworks, The Beacon, 140 South Van Ness, Yerba Buena Lofts, The Terraces, Hawthorne Place, 1 Federal, and 200 Brannan communities. A native East Bay resident, Mr. Phillips is also familiar with and has worked with homeowners in Walnut Creek, Richmond, Vallejo, Brentwood, Hayward, Danville, San Ramon, Pleasanton and Livermore.
Over the last five years, Mr. Phillips has directed a team of eighteen individuals in managing new homeowners’ questions and concerns for approximately 2000 new homes bought and sold. His familiarity with urban and suburban living includes, to name a few, lofts, new condominiums, condominium conversions, and single family homes.
Mr. Phillips’ negotiation skills and business savvy were honed when he formed multiple successful businesses in the 1980’s and 1990’s and his attentive personality comes from over fifteen years of working with renters and property management companies in a variety of capacities. He is repeatedly commended for spending additional time with clients to make sure that they find the home that suits their specific needs and, as he works with a variety of lenders, clients know that he will work to get the best financing for them.
His extensive experience in the real estate industry extends beyond the mere purchase and sale. Mr. Phillips’ hands-on training in constructing new homes and remodeling existing homes gives him the edge most real estate agents do not have. His well-rounded real estate background also includes representing investors from small investment properties to large land acquisitions.
Mr. Phillips’ attentive and responsive nature puts buyers, sellers, and investors at ease and his kind personality make buying, selling or investing enjoyable.
