I am a self starter with over twenty-three years of experience in commercial real estate. I have an extensive background in property research, site selection for major corporations, tenant services, and finance and property management. I also have a close relationship with title companies which gives me access to the best available information about any investment decision.
I hold real estate licenses in California and Washington, and have worked at all levels of the industry since 1993, including owning and operating my own company in Woodinville, WA. I have also worked as an agent with ReMax Commercial and C. Grace & Company, and have lived in the Bay Area since 2000.
